Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship from both our US warehouse and international manufacturers.
US warehouse orders: Usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
International orders: Typically arrive in 7–21 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
You’ll always receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Q: Why did only part of my order arrive?
A: Sometimes, we ship items separately to speed up delivery. If you receive part of your order, don’t worry—the rest is on the way. You’ll get separate tracking numbers if your items ship in multiple packages.
Q: My tracking number isn’t updating—what should I do?
A: Tracking can take 3–5 business days to update after your package leaves the warehouse, especially for international shipments. If you haven’t seen any updates after 7-12 days, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
Q: My order is taking longer than expected. Is this normal?
A: Occasionally, packages are delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs—especially during holidays and busy seasons. Most packages still arrive within the estimated time frame. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please reach out so we can help.
Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?
A: For some products, we can offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Please contact our support team before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our [Order Tracking Page]. If you can’t find your email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Q: What if my package gets lost or doesn’t arrive?
A: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 30 days or shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please email us right away. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, we can’t change the address, but we’ll help you figure out next steps.
